Annual inspection of the offshore and transit pipeline at the Kashagan field.
The objective of the survey was to identify leaks, measure the burial depth and position of the pipeline/cableway, obtain seabed depths, and identify the presence of debris or objects on the seabed.
The survey included collecting bathymetric data using a multibeam echosounder, collecting seabed structure data using a side-scan sonar, and measuring the burial depth and position of pipes and HVAC using a route locator and a tone generator for HVAC.
The survey and the collected data were used to create maps showing the position of pipes/cables and their displacement compared to previous years, as well as bathymetry and seabed sediments.

Marine surveys were carried out on the Isatay block in 2019. The survey included collecting bathymetric data using a single-beam echosounder (SBE), side-scan sonar (SSS), and a TVG gradiometer.

The objective of the unexploded ordnance (UXO) search project was to detect, identify, and mark unexploded ordnance (UXO) in the survey area prior to conducting seabed seismic surveys.

The survey was conducted on fifty-six profiles. The survey profiles were offset by 5 and 15 meters from the seabed seismic survey profiles (two profiles on each side of the seismic profiles).

The total length of the survey was one thousand one hundred thirty-three (1,133) linear kilometers, including four (4) 30x30-meter pads for anchoring the P1 residential barge.
Data collection was conducted strictly according to the established work plan and profile development plan.
As a result of gradiometric surveys at the Isatay block, the following were obtained: a map of suspicious objects with precise coordinates, a map of seabed depths and morphology, and a classification of objects divided into potentially dangerous and safe.

The main goal of bathymetric surveys is to measure depths and construct bottom topography, study the morphological structure of the bottom, and identify the presence of obstacles and debris that affect navigation safety.
The surveys included collecting bathymetric data using a multibeam echosounder, a single-beam echosounder, and a side-scan sonar.
The bathymetric surveys yielded depth measurements, bottom topography, detected objects, and information on sediments, slopes, and siltation.

The aim of the work was to measure depths and construct bottom topography, study siltation and bottom morphology, and identify the presence of obstacles and debris affecting navigation safety in the NKEBR basin, the Primorsky Canal, and the Ural River estuary.
The research included collecting bathymetric data using a multibeam echosounder, a single-beam echosounder, and a side-scan sonar.
The research yielded depth measurements, bottom topography, detected objects on the bottom, and information on sediments, slopes, and siltation.

In 2019, the company completed offshore geotechnical surveys for Project Complex I at the Kashagan Field (expansion of the lift island on Island D, EPS2 and EPS3).
Data and characterization were obtained, focusing on the surface geological conditions in the study areas, in terms of stratigraphic, sedimentological features, and the physical, mechanical, and chemical properties of lithological strata, as well as data necessary for the design stage.
The obtained data allowed us to determine soil compaction properties, sedimentation forecasts, load-bearing capacity, and geotechnical characteristics necessary for the safe and reliable design of the structure under consideration.
The geotechnical survey included PCPT data collection using a cone penetrometer, sampling, and offshore and onshore laboratory testing. As a result of the IAPP-2019 geotechnical survey, four (4) boreholes and four (4) PCPT boreholes were drilled.
A total of 60 linear meters were drilled and sampled.
58 soil samples were tested in the laboratory, and 77 soil samples were sent to land-based laboratories for further analysis. Thirty-four samples were approved for testing as part of the laboratory testing program.
The water depth at the survey site was approximately 3.5 meters.
