The GEOKEN Scientific and Production Center team successfully completed airborne geophysical field surveys at the Kuirektikol site. As part of Phase 1, an area aeromagnetic and airborne radiometric survey was conducted at a scale of 1:10,000. The data obtained will help refine the geological structure of the area and identify promising areas for further detailed research.
Phase 2 of the project—electrical and gravity exploration in the identified areas—is planned for 2026. Based on the results of each phase, reports will be prepared containing interpretation results and recommendations for subsequent drilling testing of the identified promising anomalies.
The project aims to discover and evaluate the potential of rare earth and strategically important minerals, which is a significant step in strengthening Kazakhstan's mineral resource base and expanding the potential of national geological exploration.
