 I am writing this letter of recommendation for Geoken SPC LLP (“Geoken”). A geophysical company which provided geophysics services to the mining and exploration industry.
My company, Arras Minerals Corp, a public company listed on the Toronto Venture Exchange (TSX.V) recently entered Kazakhstan and acquired a large package of Mineral claims. One of the first things we did on the properties was have Geoken conduct a very large, 100,000 line kilometer airborne magnetic survey over the entire land package.
The survey results were excellent. The timing of our survey was during the winter, which despite the sometimes difficult conditions in Northern Kazakhstan, Geoken managed to keep the survey moving forward and on track with our planned timetable. We had consistent, informative daily reports from on the progress of the survey and were able to assess the quality of the data in real time.The rare occasion we did ask to re-fly.any lines,Geoken did so immediately and without issue.
In summary we found the quality of the work was excellent, Geoken team very professional,and the cost to be very competitive with similar companies in Kazakhstan.
Based on the performance and service we received working with Geoken, I can highly recommend them as a service provider for any magnetic survey a company may want.

In 2023, the GEOKEN SPC LLP provided services for the preparation of the “Program of complex geodynamic monitoring of the condition of the Tenge subsoil deposit for the period 2023-2027”.

The program was developed taking into account the requirements of the regulatory acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan and methodological developments, which are used in geodynamic studies of deposits of hydrocarbon raw materials and in coordination with RSU MD “Zapkaznedra”. Tasks were consistently solved in accordance with the Technical Specifications issued by “TENGE OIL & GAS” LLP.

Objectively performed analysis of previous studies. The conclusion is consistent and justified. Based on the conclusions, taking into account the informativeness, progressiveness and economic expediency, the measurement methodology was developed, the equipment and metrological security and the software package for geodynamic monitoring of the Tenge field at the modern level were recommended.

The program includes a systematic approach to the organization and implementation of complex geodynamic monitoring.

In general, the joint work with GEOKEN SPC LLP left a favorable impression. The work was completed on time and at a high professional level. I am completely satisfied with the quality of the works and the nature of the relationship and I note GEOKEN SPC LLP as a qualified and executive contractor.

In 2023, GEOKEN SPC LLP took part in the verification drilling of the geological structure of the Vasilkovsky deposit in the Zerendinsky district of the Akmola region, where it performed complex logging in wells using a gyroscopic inclinometer.

Work on the project was carried out with the use of modern, most advanced specialized technologies and software products, based on hardware and software complex “VULKAN”.  Complex logging was performed using a gyroscopic inclinometer type Reflex Gyro Sprint IQ.

To perform works under the State Order “Study of the deep geological structure of subsalt sediments of the Kazakhstan part of the Caspian depression using advanced and innovative technologies of reprocessing and re-interpretation of existing geological and geophysical data for the purpose of implementation of the Phase-1 program of the international project ‘Eurasia’
a consortium of two companies was established: GEOKEN SPC LLP and our enterprise ‘PGS Kazakhstan’ LLP.

According to the approved PSD, GEOKEN LLP performed processing and interpretation of gravity, magnetic and electrical survey data of MTZ/AMTZ, as well as acted as the leader of the consortium in the fulfillment of the contract, i.e., coordinated, consolidated and interpreted the data. coordinated, consolidated and reported all project participants: RCGI Kazgeoinform, Geophysical Seismic Services LLP, Kazzarubezhgeologiya LLP, Meridian Eurasia LLP and our company and its subcontractors respectively. Along with successful realization of the above mentioned administrative functions, colleagues from GEOKEN SPC LLP performed their part of work on processing and interpretation of non-seismic geological and geophysical data at a high professional level, which allowed to carry out high quality complex analysis of the whole volume of data on the project.

Scientific Production Center GEOKEN LLP carried out complex geophysical works at in Karagandy and East Kazakhstan oblasts of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the Contract No. JM/7 dated May 13, 2022 by the request of Zhana Mys LLP. The survey were carried out to establish and trace the fault tectonics, separate sedimentary and magmatic rocks, isolate mineralized quartz-sulfide zones, promising for mineralization.
According to Scope of Work in 2022 more than 1,400 linear kilometers have been studied by aeromagnetic and electrical survey methods.
Works on the project were carried out by using modern, most advanced specialized technologies and software products such as: GDD Instrumentation GRx8-32, Txll-5, DJI Matrice 300 RTK quadcopter, GEOSHARK MG30GM magnetometer, Pico PBM/PMAG, GER-5M, VPF-8K, VPF-210M were used for data recording. Topographic survey was performed by a Trimble system.
The acquired and summarized geological and geophysical materials are taken as a basis for planning of further exploration works, allocation of promising areas, justification of the scope and methods of prospecting and exploration works.

REFERENCE LETTER

Scientific Production Centre GEOKEN LLP carried out a ground electrical survey in Aktobe and Kostanay regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the request of ERG Exploration LLP. The surveys were conducted in order to identify potentially promising areas for identification of polymetallic ores.

According to the Scope of Works, the electrical survey was conducted at 8 areas. The survey was conducted in the period from June 2022 to September 2022. The scope of electrical survey work was 119.7 line km.

The works on the project were carried out by using modern, most advanced specialized technologies and software products. GDD Instrumentation GRx8-32, Txll-5 electrical survey complex was used for data recording. Topographic support was performed with Trimble R12 system.

As a result of the work, 3D models of electrical properties were obtained, potentially promising areas for the identification of polymetallic ores were identified, and recommendations were formulated for the location of exploration wells. The obtained materials, in combination with other geological and geophysical data, were used for geological mapping and allowed a more reasonable approach to solving the problems of the geological structure of the work area and identifying promising objects.
